please help

a friend of a friend found out that she’s pregnant (she’s 18), and now my friend is coming to me for comfort/help with the situation. i’ve never known anyone who didn’t mean to get pregnant and i don’t know what to do. how can i help this friend when i’ve never experienced anything like this?
