Has anyone had swollen gums as a sign of pregnancy lol before I found out I was pregnant the first time my gums where swollen but the first time it was just on the left side of my mouth and the gums in the front but also just my upper gums and I have a plate for the top so no need for them to be swollen this time it’s the right side and I’m the front there swollen can’t take a test till next week it’s to early but my ovulation week was last week and we tried 4 out of the 7 days so I’m thinking this is my rainbow baby just curious if anyone else had symptoms like this
