Insomnia
Anybody else wake up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom then take a while to fall back to sleep? I’ve been dealing with this for weeks 😩😪 it’s sooo hard for me to go back to sleep once I’m awake I try to stay asleep for as long as possible before my body feels the urgency of me going
