Fitness motivation PLEASE HELP ME

Okay so, I have this friend who about 2 years ago was a fitness junky (had protein shakes went to the gym every day etc) she hasn’t gone to the gym in 2 years and eats horribly but is still in shape and it amazes me. I have what I would call an eating disorder I guess, when I’m boarded sad or worried mad or anything I eat a shit ton like I just don’t stop I try so hard but I would probably have like 8 meals a day, it’s really bad. I don’t have access to a gym or anything like that and would like to know if anyone can help me out with some at home workout to tone down belly fat. I wanna start eating healthy but it’s really hard, however I’m going to try and eat healthy I just have 0 motivation and it’s been this way with over eating and stuff for about 2 years I’d say. I wanna get into shape I just need help! :( please
