Painful bladder in the morning!

Does anyone else wake up with a sort of stabbing pain in their lower abdomen when you wake up? I discovered it about a week and a half ago. Every morning I wake up and it feels like i got punched in the gut. It goes away after I go pee so I'm assuming it's my bladder from being squished by my uterus so much. That and it's ALWAYS full when I wake up so that adds to the ache.
