I feel like every single symptom hit me at once. I am extremely nauseous, dizzy, and I have a massive headache. I close my eyes to steady myself and I almost fall asleep. I feel like I have the flu and I can’t leave work because I need the PTO for my maternity leave. 😭 I just want to rest.
