Nervous/excited

So my period is a little late but my tubes have been tied for a year. I woke up this morning with a new symptom that is unusually during my cycle. Nausea is at an all time high I feel horrible. My husband told my 1 year old that I have a baby in my stomach and she has also been a little clingy lately and crying a lot. All I have to do is stand up and here comes the water works.

My question is : is it possible to conceive after a tubal ligation?
