My boyfriend happens to be caucasian. I don't see color I wasn't raised with hate in my heart for any skin colors. Yesterday we were walking through the mall and it was the first time I've seen disgust on an individuals face. I know people say things behind our back but seeing it for the first time kind of stung. It's always African American older males like mid 30s through 40s. I'm mixed and it took me 20mins to figure out why the look and the head shake then I realized not everyone sees the world through my eyes. What I don't understand who shares half the same ethnicity look down on interracial relationships but are the first ones to pull the racist card when a white person says the same thing???? It's 2015 how can you hold such hate in your heart. I don't fucking get it. I know someone is going to comment on the police killings etc I don't want to hear it. I hads no relevance to what I'm talking about.
