Please help.

Advice please ;

I have irregular periods , but every since my last day of my period my belly feels weird , hurts a lot . It hurts mainly from the right side it feels as if somethings moving (doesn't feel like it'd be a baby) and I believe it's impossible because of my period, but then it hurts some what on my left side but then it hurts above my belly button going up a little from there but mainly feels like something is stabbing my left side , it doesn't stay long it comes and goes . I've had the diearrah for 2 days & a bad head cold for a week , been getting awful headaches . Any advice to what it seems like
