Possible skin cancer??

So recently I’ve noticed that I’ve gotten this small mole type thing on my stomach, it’s small but the things is I never had it. I recently got a small one on my ankle, which I also never had, should I be worried it can be skin cancer???

Looks normal. If it was abnormally shaped and getting larger that'd be a cause for concern but it looks normal

It looks normal to me, I have tons of spots that look like this. Since you’re concerned, have a doctor check it out to ease your mind. We can’t say for sure since we’re not doctors.
