I keep falling in to the same pattern 😭
I have been very upset with my body for a long time and all I want is to just be confident. Everyday I try to diet and work out but I just don’t and I end up eating junk all over again and I always say “okay tomorrow definitely.” But I do the same things over again it’s all a mixture of procrastination and my A.D.D (attention deficit, it’s very hard for me to focus and stay on task. It’s like ADHD with out the hyper part.) I took medicine for it during my school year but my mother only wants me to take it during the school year. I constantly break down and fall into depression I just want to be happy with myself and how I look. So I came here to ask you guys what you think I should do.. Today is a new day and so far I’m doing well with not eating anything bad but that’s about it please give me your suggestions I’d greatly appreciate it. ( I am 17 by the way )
