Insulin resistance
I was recently diagnosed with PCOS and insulin resistance. My androgen levels are normal. Just wondering if anyone else is in the same boat I am? The people that I've talked to who I know personally all have high androgen levels... Just looking to find someone to talk to and maybe some advice on diet. Started metformin about a week ago.
