Ex boyfriend box

Does anyone else have an ex boyfriend box? Where you keep everything your ex ever bought you or thinks you did like concert tickets u both went to or stuff. I’ve had it since I was 14 and I had my first serious relationship which lasted three years. It’s been nearly a year since I broke up with him and I’ve been with one person since but it was like not a proper relationship more like everything else just not the labels uno? I’m now seeing someone else and it’s got very serious do I tell him about the box or is it not a big deal.
