I don’t get them every month but when i do, it’s always on my period and it sucks 😭 has me feeling sick and plus the period cramps and diarrhea that comes with it lol tmi.

Any remedies?

I also take the combo pill. And my mom gets migraines herself so it definitely runs in the family.

I just took 1 allergy pill and 2 ibuprofen. I took a hot shower, had some coffee for the caffeine, ate breakfast, had a hot rag and still nothing.

I’m laying in a dark room, hoping to take a nap and wake up with it gone, but we’ll see.
