Hey girls

So I was diagnosed with PCOS in 2014 and I’m truly embarrassed by my under the chin hair growth, and my butt hair. My boyfriend and I got into an argument a few days ago and he called me a “fat slob” and said my butt hair was gross and my pimples on my butt. And he said he’s never had a girlfriend who had hair on their butt. He also has said to me before that it doesn’t bother him and that he would shave it for me. But that’s also embarrassing because I don’t want my own boyfriend shaving my butt. Should I be worried that he’s lying to me and that my issues really so upset him?
