So I had this backache really really strong yesterday that didn’t even let me move in the middle part of the back, (it still hurts, not as much as yesterday but still) my mom said it’s because I’m getting my period soon (I got it today, a few minutes go) but I don’t know if such pain it’s because my period it’s about to start, so my question is, is it normal that amount of pain? I’ve never experienced backache before period so I don’t know if it’s normal that hurts this much.
