What is this?!

My sons ball sack has a red circular rash on it and it hasn’t gone away after putting cream on. Anyone know what this is and how I can get rid of it?

Anything that doesn’t go away with diaper cream gets a few days of antifungal cream (jock itch, yeast infection, etc cream) because my daughter was always prone to yeast diaper rash.

Could it be dry skin? Does it feel more dry then the surrounding skin?

Kind of looks like eczema! My son has pretty bad eczema and they look like spots like that! You could maybe try a little Vaseline? Or talk to ur doctor
