Sudden feet and ankle swelling with no other symptoms cause for concern?

I would just check with your ob just in case. I had swollen feet that turned purple towards the end of my pregnancy last time, gained a lot of weight out of no where and had high blood pressure which were symptoms of preeclampsia. They tested my urine for protein and nothing came back abnormal. I would just mention it to be sure.

Ask your dr but this happened to me in my first pregnancy. There was nothing wrong but I gave birth a week later.

I swell a bunch when I’m up and doing a lot. 
If you feel pretty good that’s a good sign.
But it’s be good to get checked out, especially with your blood pressure, to make sure the swelling isn’t caused by pre-eclampsia.

I started the day before my baby shower at 33 weeks. 
I was going back and forth getting everything. It continued until the day of and didn’t ware off until 2 days later. Now they get slightly at the end of the day.
