What does it mean when a vagina is loose or tight? Like is it bad if it's loose?

Your vagina has a lot of muscle in it.
When you are tight, it means those muscles are tense. 
When you are loose, it means those muscles are relaxed. Being loose is a good thing when engaging in inter course because it means you are relaxed and enjoying yourself. Your muscles also should relax when inserting a tampon/cup and when you’re getting a pelvic exam or Pap smear done (but no one ever calls those moments ‘loose’ it’s pretty specific to intercourse lol).
It has NOTHING to do with the amount of partners you have/amount of times you’ve been penetrated.
