July 19th will be our 2 year anniversary and 2 years since we have started TTC. We recently bought a 16x48 (768 square feet) Derksen Cabin to make into our house. In less than 3 years we will be living mortgage/rent free and we are only 23/24 years old!

We are starting to realize that our dream of being parents to a child of our own may not happen, so we are thinking adoption.

My questions are:

1. Has anyone adopted in a tiny home, if so was there any difficulties during that process?

2. What are the regulations on adopting in a tiny home?
