I don't know if I have an cavity, or what but my dentist should had caught whatever it was back in February when i had an tooth extraction but anyway I don't know if i have a sensitive tooth that causes pain gradually at night and at times during the day but its only very slightly few seconds or if i grind my teeth during my sleep and not know it. 

Like i said this tooth only hurts at night and very few seconds during the day but mostly when I lay down to sleep! There is no shooting pains but the pain sensation feel like it goes up to my head slightly. 

I brushed my teeth with some toothpaste for sensitive teeth. It does not hurt when I chew or eat. Just at night when i lay down to sleep.
