What kind of exercise is safe for someone TTC who doesn’t exercise much?
I’m underweight and in pretty poor athletic-shape lol. I do yoga once in a while and I go for walks but I keep meaning to exercise more.
Now I’m worried about upping my exercise routine while I’m TTC or while in early pregnancy? Is it safe for me to continue yoga? And what other types of exercise is safe for me to start up during the TWW and during early pregnancy?
