Pressure

I already posted once tonight, but have another question.

So I had my baby on July 2nd. Had a 2nd degree tear. I'm healing up now and such, but I am noticing pressure and aching down there. This is TMI but I feel pain in my lips towards the front of my vagina on both sides. Didn't tear there or anything so not sure what's going on. I get pain and pressure is normal, but is it normal for it to be in the lips in the front?? I'm confused and don't know what's going on as this is my first child.
