Got this on my tongue what do you guys think it could be it doesn’t hurt or itch

I had something that looked just like that before. I went to the doctor and it was an allergic reaction to something that I had eaten. Super scary because I didn’t even itch or anything. Take some Benadryl just in case. Allergic reactions in the mouth are nothing to mess with.
