EMT 6 month program??

So i’m about to apply to a EMT program in Missouri and I just wanna know is the pay decent, is the program and nremt test hard? I just want to be confident in doing the program also I am not really good at math but I plan to be a EMT then go to school a year for paramedic. Anything you know helps cause ya girl is stressin.

EMT pay is not great anywhere.  Paramedic pay can be $16-24/hr depending on where you live. You can look up salaries with your zipcode on payscale.com

EMTs make around minimum wage generally. You’ll need to work several years as an EMT before completing paramedic. Paramedic is also very low paid. If you want to make money, this isn’t the career path for you.
