Am I just unlucky ?
I’ve had mirena for over a year and I still get painful if not more painful periods now than I did before i got it inserted. And my period never really went away.
The bleeding doesn’t bother me as much as the whole reason I pushed for an IUD was to get rid of the cramps that kept me in bed for days.
Do you think I should get it taken out or try a new one?
