Positive yolk sac but no fetal pole
I’m 6 weeks pregnant when i first got my transviginal ultrasound they didn’t see a fetal pole but yolk sac only does it mean i’m not pregnant ? I’m so stress that i could even get a good sleep thinking of that can someone help me ?
