Guys I’m at my whits end right now. I’ve been dealing with this severe hand pain since May and nothing is helping. I haven’t done anything to cause this hand pain. It just sort of started to happen. I went to an urgent care and they told me it was just severe tendonitis and to take the steroids they gave me and that didn’t help. They took xrays to make sure there wasn’t a fracture or anything and those came back normal. On a scale of 1-10 this pain is at a solid 10. It’s crippling. I lost the ability to grip or have any sort of strain/resistance to my hand. I’ve tried the whole ice/heat thing and that hasn’t helped. I’ve tried compression gloves which sort of helps. I’ve tried CBD lotion. Biofreeze. KT Tape. Braces. Basically everything. Anyone have anything for pain that has helped them and worked. I’m down to try anything. I’m planning to go back to the Dr soon.
