First baby breastfeeding what to buy?

Hi guys my first baby is due in October I want to breastfeed, I was wondering did 
everyone buy breast bumps straight away?
Did you buy steriliser/bottles incase you couldn’t breastfeed? 
Anything else I would need?

pump and bottles, and bra pads after the fact (didn’t realize how much they’d be leaking)

I just bought pads, nipple cream, and a manual pump just en case I needed it. Got an electric one from a friend. Received some bottles as gift, but didn't buy any more as we hardly used them.

I got a free breast pump from my insurance and a couple free bottles and formula samples from random free sample places.

I made sure to have my breast pump before I delivered. Yes if you’re sticky breastfeeding you don’t necessarily need the breast pump but for my little especially when my milk came in I was to engorged that he couldn’t latch so the pump was good to get some of the milk out so he could latch and get the rest. 
Plus the hakkaa is an amazing purchase and really cheap. 
Definitely get coconut oil for your nips it works way better than most nipple creams on the market. 
And I personally bought bottles and sterilizer and such but again if you strictly breastfeed it isn’t necessary but I knew I was going back to work when baby was 3 months old so I needed it regardless plus you need to introduce them around 6weeks or so, so they don’t reject the bottle because the only want boob.

I didn't buy a pump, and needed one desperately on day 4. My milk had come it, my daughter couldn't latch and I was in agony. I had to send my husband to get one. 
Even if you buy one and keep it in the box in case you don't need it - although they're handy to have to build up a freezer supply
