Am I the only one?

Am I the only one who feels like the worlds worst mom when my little one spits up? I feel awful every time. I feel likes it's such a waste... My little one loses nourishment and all the energy it took for her to nurse. I try to tell myself that it's not my fault and that it happens, but I can't help but feel horrible every time. Anyone else dealing with these feelings?
