I use Portia, its a pill I get it at cvs only pay $27 is honestly great. I did alot of research for it. No headches or nausea like other pills. Lets say I never got pregnant in 5 years taking it. Best pill if your not trying to get pregnant for a while.

I take depo which is a shot of just progestin, and I just started it for both very heavy irregular periods and the fact that it is one of the more affect types of birth control to prevent contraception. The nurse was quick to suggest it when I told her I’m very forgetful. And if you are considering implant the nurse should suggest getting a depo injection first to see how your body handles progestin

Norethindrone, progestin only mini pill, I have PCOS and migraines with auras so can only take progestin, no real. Side effects

I just recently stopped taking Junel fe 1/28 it had the normal side effects of headaches, nausea, bloating but personally for me it made me constipated and bloated and everytime placebo week came I was so thankful because that’s the only time my body would relax and I could go to the bathroom without having any complications
