Babysitters comparing themselves to being moms

My daughter turns one next month and I was talking to my cousin and her friend & I told them how crazy it flies, and how fast it’s gone. And my cousins friend goes “oh yeah I definitely get it, it flies for my kids, (talking about the kids she babysits) you better be cherishing every moment because it goes fast”

Like????? I thought it was a kinda backhanded comment.

And then we were out eating Mexican food and I got a margarita, she looks at me and says “looks like I’m the only mom in charge here since I won’t be drunk!”

Girl.... a small margarita will not get me drunk.... it’s like casually drinking a beer. I wanted to scream
