My first cycle using myo-inositol and d-chiro inositol. 🤞🏻
Hey ladies I’m writing this to chart my first month on the vitamin above. I’ve seen so many women ask if it has worked, and to hear success stories. Not many answers though.
If anyone wants to follow my first month and to communicate with other ladies as well about their experience, then I hope this post helps. I would love to hear others stories, or if it’s your first cycle join in with me. (I will probably do at least weekly updates if not more)
07/11/2019- cycle day 5, day two of 2000mg myo-inositol, 50mg d-chiro inositol.
UPDATE:
07/17/2019- been using myo-inositol/d-Chiro inositol for a week now. What I have noticed so far is my sex drive has gone up, I haven’t gone days on end without going number 2(it was really bad, would sometimes be 7 days of barely anything), but that’s about it so far. It’s cycle day 11 today, been taking OPK’s since cycle day 7, the test line is the lightest it’s been so far. It hasn’t been dark yet but today it was barley there. (Hopefully it’s a good sign) maybe it will get darker the next few days and ovulate. Who knows 🤷🏼♀️ will update again soon. Baby dust to everyone ❤️
UDATE #2:
07/24/2019- been using myo-inositol/d-chiro inositol for 2 weeks now. What I have noticed so far is still the regularity, and I haven’t had sharp pains here and there like I used to. Took my daily OPK and it’s nearly and I mean NEARLY positive. It’s cycle day 18 now, hoping I’m ovulating soon 🤞🏻 I’m having some cramping today also. Picture hopefully below of my OPK today. Will post again once I get a for sure positive.
UPDATE:
07/25/2019- my OPK is blaring positive, took a cheap one and then a FR one just to make sure. Today around midnight just coming into Thursday, I had some pretty bad cramping, just after midnight my husband and I ended up doing the deed also. Right now as I’m typing this, I’m having some slight cramping. Asked my husband if we could do things tomorrow morning/night just to cover basis. We will see what happens 🤞🏻
