Caffeine and acne?

Ever since I started drinking coffee due to work and school tiring me out, I noticed that I’ll get a pimple on my back more often now. Has anyone else noticed this when they drink caffeine?

You should find other healthier ways to get energy . Maybe eat protein first thing in the morning or during times when you need energy .

Acne tends to be exacerbated by stress. If you're drinking more caffeine because life has you worn out, it stands to reason that the stress will make you break out more, too.
