Spotting WAY Early

So I got off AF two days ago... But I've been spotting ever since... Its weird... I'm VERY regular... I have a four day period starts around the same time the same way day one, then day four it's lightens up by the end of the day its done... I get cramps Two days before AF back hurts the day before then around 9am the next day AF is there..... Now AF was FOUR DAYS LATE this month... Normal four days, medium to light bleeding.. No big deal... Well I've been spotting like I said to begin with... Two days of spotting after AF ended... any idea wtf ladies?!
