Hello my name is Ashley. My fiance and I just found our we are having our first child together. I couldn't be more excited!! But I am a pig lol I love to eat..so what is good and isn't good to eat throughout my pregnancy?? Please help ladies!!!!

Definitely stock up on your fruits, veggies, wheat, milk, and protein. Stay away from too much caffeine (200MG max) and too much greasy and/or salty foods. Also, don't eat any raw fish.
