What kind of things do you put in your diaper bag?

Diapers, wipes, disposable bags (for blowouts), 2 outfits, small first aid kit, diaper rash cream, pacifer, burp rag, recieving blanket, infant tylenol, gas drops, hand sanitizer, formula powder for 1 bottle, changing pad
When I go somewhere I always add a premade bottle with an ice pack in a small insulated bag and a bottle of water.

I have 2 kids (4.5 months, and 2.5 years) in 1 diaper bag. 
2-3 baby bottles with the correct amount of water already in them.
Prepared formula divider.
1 sippy cup (full when packed).
3 diapers for toddler.
5 diapers for baby.
Wipes.
2-3 plastic bottles of water already mixed with flavor packs for toddler.
1 change of clothes for toddler.
2-4 extra onesies for baby.
Butt cream.
Tylonal and Syringe.
2 recieving blankets (used as spit up rags).
Changing pad.
1extra binky for each kid.
Snacks for toddler. (Normally a cereal bar, pop tart crisp, lunchable, dry cereal, applesauce pouch, prepared fruits, whatever he wants that day really).
Wow didnt realize I had so much stuff in one diaper bag!
