Puffy right eye

Hi there,

I’m in need of little help. My sons right eye appears to be puffy/swollen. I haven’t seen him rub his eye lately. I’m worried not to mention I WORRY about everything. What can cause puffy/swollen eyes in babies? What can I do about it? Thanks in advance mommas!
