Help me idk what’s going on

So I keep getting infections. I don’t know whats going on or why I keep getting them. I’ve gone to the doctor gotten checked for everything multiple times and nothing. They send me home with meds for yeast or bv. It clears up then 3 months in it comes back. Its gotten to the point I don’t want to have sex or nothing because anything makes it come on. Endometriosis runs in my family so I’m not sure if it may be that. I haven’t gotten my period in a month which is happening more frequently now. I know not pregnant well because I’m gay. Also I have been having this pains that are not common for me. I’ve been feeling bloated and just not well. I need help to figure what could be wrong because I’m going crazy and I don’t know what else to do.
