So....??

So I had my daughter last year in September. She's a year old. I've breast fed I'd say 4 months so I stopped January-February. I still had milk until like April. Its October 1st when I took a hot shower my breast felt heavy like I started to produce milk again and my lactation consultant told me that does stimulate to make more milk. Did this ever happen to anyone...? And this wasn't the first time this happened to me.
