When someone shows you who they are...believe them.

Anyone ever think that maybe it's a defense mechanism and that he's actually insecure about himself and needs the love and support of his SO to reassure him that he's all that matters? Not all men are dogs... Maybe he's trying to push you away because he thinks you'll just hurt him anyways so he's putting on the "tough guy" act while he builds a wall to protect him from being vulnerable. Maybe all he needs to hear is that you only want to have sex with him and no one else can give you what he gives you. There are still good men out there but people today are so quick to dismiss them. No one wants to try in a relationship anymore. Real relationships take work, dedication, and the willingness to be together no matter what, through good and bad times. 

I would think that he is having sex with whoever he wants and I would feel like finding a new boyfriend.

I'd knock him the hell out and kick him out the door.

I think I'd be single. Chances are that means he's already sleeping with others or he's wanting to. All of which he can do when he's not with me.
