I don’t know what’s going on.

So I’m 4 weeks postpartum, at 2 weeks postpartum I stopped all my bleeding. About 2 days ago it came back and now I’m filling up entire pads within hours. I’m bleeding more than I did after I birth my daughter. Could this be an early period? Before I was pregnant my periods were never like this.
