Went to our 20 week anatomy scan yesterday (19week, 4day) and baby looks fine and dandy... me not so much. They said I have an incompetent/short cervix with funneling and only 1 cm of length left. I have no other risk factors, so they are doing 200mg progesterone suppositories and weekly checks and if things shorten more, I may be needing a cerclage.

Has anyone been in a similar boat? Any tips to keep your mind from going to the dark places? We have been trying for 8 years, conceived naturally after a miscarriage in November.

I also put myself on a modified bed rest when not working - I'm usually pretty busy but my job is a home hospice social worker - so it's a pretty sedentary job with mostly a lot of in and out of cars and driving.
