Pregnancy and tanning!?

I’m 5/6 weeks pregnant, can I use the sun beds or is it harmful during early pregnancy? I’m jetting off to Barcelona in 6 weeks and I’m a ghostly shade of white 🤦🏻‍♀️😂
P.s I know sun beds are dangerous for people in generally so no nasty comments please

I wouldn’t risk it 🤷🏼‍♀️ I stopped tanning as soon as I found out. If you wanna be tan for your trip, you could always get a spray tan!

I tanned with 3 of my pregnancy’s. Baby is protected by many layers and as far as heat, don’t get over heated stay in shorter time and have a room with good ventilation. My OBGYN actually recommended as I struggled with depression during winter months of pregnancy and it helps raise Vit D levels sometimes more than a supplement can due to absorption. Also laying in your back later in 3rd trimester. 10 min in a stand up was amazing once a week for me.
