I have 2 boys pregnant with 3rd baby!

I’m feeling morning sickness just like I did with my boys. Is this a sign I’m having another boy?! Did any of you have boys and then a girl and felt the same with each pregnancy?! I’m hoping for a girl but I’m sure it’s another boy again lol!
