Has anyone’s one year old moved to one nap yet? My daughter isn’t ready, but sometimes she hangs out in the crib for an eternity before finally falling asleep. She’s sleep trained and just hangs out and talks to herself, maybe a little whining here and there but is always able to fall asleep. I usually go by the clock because her sleep cues aren’t reliable, and for the most part this works for us. For those that have moved to one, what helped you decide they were ready?
