Getting my implant in two weeks

I just left the doctors and scheduled an appointment to have nexplannon implanted in two weeks. I am going down the rabbit hole of online reviews and it’s freaking me out. I do not want to gain weight, lose my sex drive, or be crazy emotional. Can anybody share their experience with this form of birth control?
