How to not cry as much??
I am a suuuuper emotional and sensitive person, and when I get frustrated or upset I immediately start crying. I usually am not even that sad or worked up about it, the tears just spring up. Is there any way I can control this? I try to take deep breaths and remove myself from the situation when it happens but usually it is too late and the tears are rolling down my face...
