Just found out today that I’m pregnant by home pregnancy test. Have been taking metformin for PCOS. I could be 6 weeks. I’m nervous and excited, but also a little worried. I have been having mild to moderate cramps, but no bleeding. Sometimes my right side gets sharp crampy pains with bending or twisting. Since I do have PCOS

I was convinced I had a cyst until I took a test today. I’m so worried about ectopic pregnancy. This is my first time being pregnant. Any thoughts or advice? I will be calling my doctor Monday morning.
