Early labor phase?

This is my 3rd baby, but with my first I don't remember (5yeara ago), and with my second, I slept through early labor. Side note- 1st baby was 3 days early, 2nd baby was 8 days early.
Is this considered the early labor phase? These contractions with intermittent lower abdominal/lower back pain? I can talk through them, but they are painful. I'm just wondering because I've been having contractions since about 31 weeks, and I'm 38 weeks now and this is the first time they are actually timeable. I know early labor can last a few days, but I'm just curious😁🤷🏼‍♀️

Looks like it was just practice contractions 😭got this far and then they completely died out after 2 hours😭😭 (ignore the 17 second one, didn't mean to add it)

Im doing this right now ima say yes mine have been like every 25 min sometime i get them also are like 6 min apart last 30 to 60sec

I’ve been dealing with the same thing the last few days. Last night they were 13 - 15 mins apart for a little while and then they fizzled out

I’ve been in early labor for a couple days now they come and they go. So I’m not even timing them . I don’t want to drive myself crazy and obsess over them since they’re so inconsistent

I have the same app and I’m tracking my contractions also and some are 10 -30 min apart last 50- 1 min , but I get active and they stop 😭😭 they do hurt and I feel my baby so low
